Renata
WHO: Since Renata is Aro’s personal shield and body guard, you could say that she has one of the most important jobs in the Volturi. And as the protector of Aro, you would think that she would look so intimidating that no one would mess with her. However, her personality is described as shy and non-confrontational and always worried for Aro’s safety. If she had the choice to fight, she would rather stay out of it. But when it comes to protecting Aro there’s no one that does it better.
PROTECTOR OR DIVERTER?: Renata has the power to divert physical attacks. But like most Volturi abilities, it is a mental trait rather than physical. For example, if one were attacking Aro, she can make the attacker walk in the other direction and the attacker wouldn’t know why they walked there in the first place.
