Jane
WHO: Jane is a vampire member of the Volturi clan, and is described as a slim girl with an androgynous figure, but with a face "too pretty for a boy". Her short stature and child-like voice make her seem like an innocent, harmless creature, but one look at her wide-eyed vampire red eyes will probably send you running the other way.
A HISTORY LESSON: When Jane was younger, the Volturi took notice of her and her brother Alec, because of their potential in the elite group of Volturi guards. When fearful humans made an attempt to burn them at the stake, the Volturi was forced to turn Jane and her brother into vampires earlier than planned.
THE ILLUSIONIST: Jane remains one of the most prized members of the Volturi guards, who enforce the rule to keep vampire existence hidden from humans. Her special ability allows her to inflict pain on others with her thoughts (creating mental illusions of pain), as she demonstrates so nicely in "New Moon". How someone can think such evil thoughts to cause pain like that is beyond me. She’s EVIL, I say. And of course she takes pride in her powerful weaponry since it practically leaves her victims defenseless. Again, E-V-I-L.
